Terms of Service

By using any PT Academia tool (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by PT TECHNOLOGIES LLC (registered as ООО "PT TECHNOLOGIES"), a limited liability company registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 5 September 2026, tax identification number 313308723. “We”, “us” and “PT Technologies” in these terms mean that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. This applies to all use of this website. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service.

The Service has no accounts. The accounts that existed were closed on 21 October 2026, and everything stored with them is deleted.

Every tool is free, with or without an account, and has no usage limit. There is no paid plan: the Standard subscription was withdrawn on 5 October 2026, and we do not charge for anything.

Standard subscriptions were processed by our payment provider, Paddle, as merchant of record. None is active, and no further charge will be made. For a question about a past charge, see the Refund Policy or write to us.

You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to overload it through automated means. We may block access by anyone who violates these terms.

You retain ownership of the text and images you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
